The JV Red Tigers travelled to East View high school to take on the Patriots. The Tiger defense was stingy all night, with big plays coming on the d-line from Damion Pryor, Gio Rivero, and Kainyn Smith. The linebacker corps of Alex Carpenter, Whitten Bible, Gerardo Montiel and Caleb Gutierrez stifled the Patriots attempts to run the football all night. Carpenter delivered a crucial sack late in the game, and Bible recorded multiple quarterback hits. The Tiger secondary kept the ball out of the receivers hands for most of the night. Opposite the great defensive effort from the Tigers, the offense found the end zone 5 times. Two touchdown runs by Corbin Wittman and one by Sawyer Harbin led the scoring on the ground. Harbin found Xander Martinez and Keller Lee for scores through the air. The TIgers played a great team game, and came out on top 33-0.

The JV Red Tigers will have a road trip next, travelling to San Angelo Central High School.
