Belton softball opened district on Tuesday night with a dominate 21-0 run rule win over Waco. The Tigers had a dominate 17 hits. Tara Stone, Reagan Stuart, and Anessa Ortiz all racked up 3 hits a piece. Stone had 2 bombs, Stuart with one bomb, and Ortiz with a dominate triple. Overall the Tiger offense was on fire and Stuart backed it up in the circle. Stuart threw 3 innings with 0 runs, 2 hits, and 6 strikeouts. The Tigers look forward to building on this as they face Lake Belton on Friday at 12:45.
