Belton took on Bastrop Saturday with a score of 6-4. Belton jumped out to an early lead but was matched by a solo homer to tie the game in the second. But thanks to a four run forth and an addition insurance run in the fifth, which helped hold off a late push by Bastrop to beat the Bears.
Beltons next game will be against Waco University Tuesday night away at 7:00.
