Facing state-ranked Liberty Hill on the road, the Belton Varsity volleyball team dropped a 3–0 game on Tuesday night. Though the Tigers struggled early against the Panthers' powerful attacks, they made steady adjustments throughout the match, putting together their best effort and scoring their most points in the third set. Kierra Ellis and Emma Harvey paced the offense with 6 kills each, closely followed by Malu Pula with 5. On defense, Rexlynn Drake anchored the back row with 14 digs, while Cruz, Harvey, Drake, and Ella Tucek each chipped in an ace. Belton will aim to bounce back when they host Waco at home this Friday night.
