Last night, the Belton JV volleyball team rode a bit of a roller coaster in a three-set match against University High School, but they ultimately came out on top. After losing energy in the second set, the Tigers rallied around each other and sealed the win with a dominant 25-9 victory in the third. Paisley Davis showed tremendous growth—demonstrated through both her serving and defense—while Kinsley Denbow hit effectively over the Trojan blockers to find the floor when Belton needed it most. Arianna Dickerson also continued her steady improvement, adding several key blocks and kills to the night. With the first round of district play now complete, the JV Tigers hold a 5-2 record and look forward to starting the second round on the road against Legacy Ranch this Friday evening.
