In a back and forth game last night, Belton ended on top taking down Robinson 50-38 in their last preseason game before going into the winter break. After a rough first quarter which finished 9-7 in favor of the Robinson Rockets, the tigers played a smooth second to go into half time down 1, 21-20. Half time adjustments were made and the girls won the second half, outscoring Robinson 30 to 17.

Defense won the game; all players had impact. Madison Bowling played tough defense on the backside and rebounded well. Emma Harvey was a monster on the boards leading the team in rebounds. The team hit 9 threes in the game between 4 different players. Isabella Warner led the scoring with 21 and Avelle Bonfoh was in double digets with 11.

After some time off, the varsity will attend the Troy Christmas classic before starting district play on January 3rd.
