The F/JV Tiger Tennis Team competed in Temple yesterday. They were ready to compete after having some time off. After a short weather delay, the tournament went off without a hitch. The Tigers fought hard all day and ended up bringing home some hardware.

Kinli and Kiri Moffett won consolation in B Girls Doubles

Alainah Niekamp and Kensley Wolfe both fought hard all day to meet each other in the finals of B Girls Singles. In a very competitive, close match Kensley Wolfe edged out her teammate to take 1st Place. Alainah Niekamp finished in a very respectiable 2nd Place.

The entire team played well and represented Belton well. I'm proud of their showing and we are looking forward to next week. Thursday, April 10th the Tigers will be back on the courts at Robinson High School. Go Big Red!
