JV RIVALRY TIE
JOSEPH BLEDSOE
Softball | 4/8/2025
The Belton Tigers JV softball team played a great game against Lake Belton that finished in a 2-2 tie as time ran out. Addi Reed pitched an incredible game giving up only 3 hits with 2 walks and 2 earned runs while striking out 14 batters in 5 innings. The team had 12 hits with Marissa Hinojos, Natalie Goulet, Natalie Stauffer, Addi Reed and Trinity Ativalu each going 2-3 at the plate. Hinojos score both runs. Ativalu had a double to the wall but was just thrown out trying to stretch it into a triple. We are extremely proud of the attitude and effort the entire game. The Tigers are back at home on Friday to face Waco University.
