This Wednesday, the Belton Swim Team hosted Austin High School along with Lake Belton and New Tech High School. With some great competition and impressive individual efforts, the Belton Swim Team was able to defeat New Tech High School, but fell short against Lake Belton and Austin High School. With swimmers competing in their "off-events", Wednesday gave us an opportunity to see areas of improvement, as well as inject some fun into a highly competitive sport. Belton will look towards the 5th Annual Belton ISD Fall Invitational on Saturday for a better result, with swimmers in their stronger events and a chance to swim against some of the fastest schools in the state of Texas!
