On Saturday, the Belton Tigers took on their biggest challenge yet! With 26 total teams and 404 athletes in attendance, the Tigers faced off against some of the best competition the state of Texas has to offer. With a smaller team than normal, the Tigers were able to still put up a great fight against the other teams, with some standout top 6-finishes from sophomores Michael Reeves, Wyatt Nelson, and Ema Whitzel, as well as freshmans Jannette Davis and Adrien Oros! Swimmers Lillie Pasco, Emily Layne, Brayden Ludwig, Luke Brunsting, and Micah Rodriguez also had great days, finding a way to drop more time in the very early season! One thing is clear: it doesn't matter how small this team is, they give it their all with zero hesitation or intimidation!
