Lady Tiger Soccer Earns First Win with Complete Performance at Vista Ridge
After several close matches where the result didn’t match the effort, Lady Tiger Soccer broke through Friday night with a hard-earned road win over Vista Ridge High School. Even more encouraging than the result was the way the team played, putting together one of its most complete performances of the season against a strong opponent.
Lady Tiger Soccer competed well on both sides of the ball, staying organized defensively while being confident and purposeful when in possession. The group worked well together, moved the ball effectively, and stayed committed to the game plan throughout the night.
Several players stepped into new roles and delivered strong shifts in different positions, highlighting the team’s depth and willingness to do what was needed. It was a true collective effort from start to finish, with contributions across the field.
The victory moves Lady Tiger Soccer to 1-5-2 on the season and provides a positive step forward as the team continues to grow.
Lady Tiger Soccer now turns its attention to district play, opening at home on Friday, January 30, against University High School at Wilson-Kerzee Field.
