The Freshman A team lost a tough game to Chaparral on Tuesday, February 3rd, 20-38. Mia Staley led us with 7 rebounds, Anessa Ortiz had 4 steals, Natalee Mott and Kylee Pierce added 2 assist each, Madelyn Rodriguez drained 2 threes, Amaiyah Cruz brought energy on defense, Ayla Wakerhauser played big defense under the basket, Audrey Soosemea grabbed half our rebounds, and Markayla Allen added 5 points. This team had a great season and improved tremendously from our first game. Words aren't enough to express how proud I am of their growth on and off the court and we can't wait to see where they go in the future!
