Another great night for the tigers as they celebrate their Make-A-Wish scrimmage against Harker Heights high school. The softball team was able to raise money for Make-A-Wish foundation, while also getting in the reps for a scrimmage.
The Varsity scrimmage was exciting as Miley Davila took the mound. Davila had only one earned run on the night with seven strikeouts. Tiger bats came alive tonight as they batted over 500 as a team. Three varsity players batted 1000 on the night, including Bryson Gott, Lucy Liu Gaines, and Ramsey Evans Curran. Gains also helped lead the team with three RBIs tied with Reagan Stewart. The tigers were also quick on the bases with six stolen bases on the night. Overall, the tigers had an incredible offensive night as well as support from Davila on the mound. We are incredibly proud of how this team is looking and are excited to see them in their last scrimmage at home on Saturday, February 10 at 12 PM versus Troy High School.
