It was a tough loss last night to Shoemaker High School to drop to 3rd place in district. The Tigers fought hard and were leading 2-1 through 5 innings but lost it in the 6th to lose 13-2. Reagan Stuart and Lucy-Liu Gaines-Lucas both took the mound for the Tigers and held Shoemaker to 9 hits and 6 earned runs. Unfortunately the Tiger offense was not strong enough to stay in the game with the Greywolves. Leaders for the Tiger offense were Ramsey Evans-Curran and Jacklyn Munoz both going 1 for 2 at the plate. Unfortunately even with stolen bases and diving plays it was not enough to hold onto a win. The Tigers face Ellison at home on Friday March 22nd at 6:30 pm.
