The Girls Golf Team placed 3rd in the BISD Golf Tournament in wet and cool weather. The teams were led by Freshmen Hanna Wheeler with a personal best of 89, Jacklyn Munoz with a 90, Anya Jinadatha 98, Lucy Gaines 105 and Abby Beck 115. Other team players were Nora Halabi, Mackenzie McGarry, Sydney Isdale, Avery Rivera, Annaleigh Holliday, and Ella Hice. Also, Hanna had a 6th place finish, while Jacklyn tied for 7th. Next Tournament is the District Championship Monday March 25 and Tuesday March 26 for a spot to go to Regionals at Margaretville in Conroe.
