Belton softball rounded out the first round of district with a win over Ellison to end round 1 in 3rd place 5-2. Miley Davila took the mound for the Tigers and threw a no hitter with 9 strikeouts in 4 innings. The Tigers had 11 hits on the night for a 23-0 win. Hailey Schutz, Ramsey Evans-Curran, Lole Reyes, Andalyn Logan, Brysen Gott, Lucy-Liu Gaines-Lucas, Jacklyn Munoz, and Davila all had hits on the night to contribute to the big team win. The Tigers play at Lake Belton to open second round on Tuesday at 6:30 pm.
