Today the Lady Tiger & Tiger CC teams competed in the Waco CC Invitational at the Heart of Texas Soccer Complex. The Varsity Girls placed 1st overall led by freshman Isabella Warner, with a time of 20:14, followed by senior Liliana Nelson. The Tiger Varsity Boys were also meet champions getting 1st place overall, being led by senior David Shelburne with a time of 16:01, followed by sophomores, Brock Christenson, and Ezra Kahler, and senior JZ Moehlenbrock. The JV Lady Tigers also clinched 1st place with great showings by Roxanna Delgado, Fancy Jaime, Nataly Valdez, GiGi MacDonald, and Ai Kirkland. JV boys placed 5th out of 10 teams led by sophomore Alex Castelan. All runners improved their times from the previous meet, and are on track for a competitive meet at the UIL District 16-5A CC Meet, that will be on Oct 10th!
