On Thursday, Oct 3rd, the Lady Tiger and Tiger CC teams competed in the Pro-Fit Last Chance CC Invitational @ Heritage Park. The Belton Varsity Girls placed 2nd overall out of 13 teams, led by senior, Olivia Brillhart with a time of 18:26, and freshman Isabella Warner, with a time of 20:13. The Belton Varsity Boys placed 6th out of 21 teams. David Shelburne was the first finisher for Belton Tigers with a time of 16:09, followed by senior JZ Moehlenbrock with a time of 16:54. The Belton JV Girls team placed 2nd out of 14 teams, and the Belton JV boys placed 4th out of 19 teams! The Belton HS Cross Country team will be running the UIL District 16-5A CC Meet, next week at the Heart of Texas Soccer Complex. Wish them good luck!!
